With all the focus on food, people often forget about the climate impact of drink. But lately some European wineries have started using bags and boxes instead of bottles to reduce transportation emissions, and Fiji Water has announced plans to go carbon-negative. As with food, it’s often hard to determine the environmental impact of drinks (although avoiding bottled water is almost always a good bet).
